    I love how you advise easing into it. Whenever I try to get healthy, I start out big and then lose drive, but I can just tell that this is going to work out so much better. Thank you!!

    This was very helpful! I'm 27 years old and I'm at a place in my life that I need to start eating healthier and get more exercise.     This video has good advice, but I am not sure about the best diet plan which i need to work with, only because I have never taken any. Anybody tried the Fenoboci Diet Plan? I've heard some people mention great things about Fenoboci Diet Plan.

    Last week I figured out of this weight loss program “sowo hope site” (Google it) from a close friend who following the directions lost practically 14 pounds within just a few short days. We are trying this diet now and also the results so far have been far beyond my wildest dreams. It comes extremely suggested. You can find that on Google.

    I had wieners in fridge, i never eat the things but at 99 cents a pack they make good dog snacks LOL, when i learned what Mechanically Processed meat was, i am glad i stop eating Oscar Myer long ago. I have not eaten a hot dog in say 4 years..I have not eaten cake or cookies in over 4 years, I stop eating anything man made with sugar. Then stop processed meats….Do not get me wrong, i am thinking of Grilled chicken or Broiled, but hate to buy what store has to offer, wish I could find a farmer with a Live chicken i could harvest.

    First you say eat a lot of uncooked foods, then tell us how to cook foods at home, so which do we do? I like to fry taters, onions, eggs in water and a little olive oil, all at the same time, in one pan, then I eat right out of the pan? is that good or bad?

    Good points, but moving from fast food to restauant food…hmmm. So you still have to make smart choices. Restaurant foods also have flavor enhancers or MSG and sugar to increase that appetite, etc. Also , there are smart fast food choices so not all is junk, right? Like Chik fil A's Grilled Market Salad. You will find nuts, blueberries, different types of lettuce, and grilled chicken in that. For me it is more ab the choices and amt of times you eat each day honestly. But yeah, going near a fast food place and smelling that smell wafting through the air, yes , one can become an addict and veer off plan really quickly so if you cant trust yourself, lean restaurant I guess. Stay away from those calorie-dense appetizers though! Some are packed with mega calories! Know what you are eating!

    Quick question…What do you think ab microwaved meals? Where would they rank vs fast food and restaurant type foods. I like Lean Cuisine's Chicken in Peanut Sauce. They just made the amt larger which is nice, but my freezer has less space. Waaaa. Anyway, i like some of these, but i have heard that microwaving plastic can put out some harmful chemicals to the food. Not sure what is safe. Can you help me out!? Thx!
