    Thanks for this very informative video! 🙂 one question though … is it nutritionally bad or not as good if I don't cook the oats and just let them soak in almond milk/water overnight as they are and eat them the next morning?

    Hello! New subscriber and power watching all your great videos! I have a question on the making of oatmeal and cooling to gain better nutrition. If I cook the oatmeal say the night before and cool, can I re-heat to eat in the morning or does it need to stay cold for benefit? Thank you so much.     Hi can I please ask- should we also grind sesame seeds to get the most nutrients from them ? Also, does dry toasting raw cashews in an oven destroy any of their goodness? I found they tasted lovely done this way! Many thanks

    I didn t know about the tea and coffee but i have little coffee on my day .i knew about the starch
    And about lycopene in tomatoes
