3 Things You Should Not Do On Empty Stomach
1- Don’t Drink the Citrus Juices.
If you will be Drinking the Citrus stuff with Empty stomach in the Morning, this can evitate the internal lining of the stomach and this intern can cause gastritis or any other kind of stomach issues so its better not to use any citrus stuff on empty stomach. There are some stuff that are citrus and still you can drink on an empty stomach like Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juices etc. You’ll be wondering why not to use the citrus juices on an empty stomach, make it clear that we’re are talking about concentrated form of these juices. If you want to drink juices of these kinds of stuff, it is always recommended to mix it with water. If it’s any kind of juice of the fruits, it should be 1:1 or 2:1 ratio. For example, let’s suppose you want to drink an orange juice, if you are taking 50 ml of juice then mix 50 ml of water with it or you can mix 100 ml of water with 50 ml of juice and then drink. This will lower the chances of creating an irritation in the stomach. Same ratio is recommended with the Apple Cider Vinegar and Lemon Juice.
2- Don’t Make any Decision or go in any Discussion.
Decision making requires energy and in the morning we are empty stomach, so what will happen that while making any decision or while having any discussion, a person can go frustrated very fast and can possibly get angry very fast so if you are in these kind of meeting or you are in such kind of situation, its better to at least have a herbal tea and proceed you discussion or decision making.
3- Don’t Drink Coffee or Black Tea.
It can dis balance your stomach and can irritate your stomach and this intern could cause gastritis or on long-term can cause ulcer also, that is why drinking coffee or black tea on an empty Stomach is not a good idea. The best thing to be done on empty stomach is drinking water.

If you are hungry or you haven’t eaten for a long time, you will not be able to make right decisions and the food that are rich in calories or which are rich in sugar, you will go for those products. It has been shown by the science that a person with an empty stomach buy more products and spent more money then usual. If you want to be on a safe side, it’s better to don’t go out on an Empty Stomach.
