Avoid UV rays

Both the direct and indirect sunlight harm us especially our eyes is effected by them. Also the heating systems in our homes and offices may cause eye irritation due to dryness.

Take a Computer Break

Today almost all have to do work on computer. Therefore it is important to take a break from it to maintain the health of eye otherwise it will cause digital eye strain.

Sleep
