    Those blue blocking shades are great for improving sleep. They're also great at enticing random strangers to want to punch you in the face.

    He himself look 80 though he is in 40s, people like him can go to any extent for money. He made supplements for everything, for eating better, for sleeping better, for breathing better. What a sick person.

    Here is the the thing. You have to sleep so long in order to go into quality sleep. There are 4 stages of sleep. The majority of your sleep is stage 2. You only go into stage 3 and rem sleep after being in stage 2 for so long. You can go into rem sleep within 30 minutes of sleeping. But the duration of rem is usually less than 7 minutes. The best sleep you get is between 430am to 700 am. That is when stage 3 and REM durations are the longest. 7 hours Is probably ideal for adults and adults need less quality sleep to stay healthy.
