    I cannot have plantains, but I read that good subs are green, very hard bananas, or sweet potatoes. What are you views? Have you tried this? Have you any other flat reads but made with a different vegetable at all? I do the gf, vegan cooking but I see you ensure we have our recipe too mostly so I enjoy your site very much. Thank you.
