FULL DAY OF BUDGET MEALS || COUNTRY LIFE + HOMESCHOOLING

SLOW COOKER CARNITAS
5-6 LB PORK ROAST/SHOULDER/BUTT/LOIN
1 TBSP salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup chicken stock
3/4 cup orange juice
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 2 limes
*mix seasonings together and rub over pork; place in slow cooker
*mix salsa, chicken stock, orange juice, lemon & lime juices; pour into slow cooker
*cook on low 8-10 hours
*shred when done
