    I use Cedarwood under my feet where the reflex points are, and on my big toe which is my brain which is reflex point, I have amazing amazing deep deep sleep. I use cypress and pine oils when I sleep. Amazing smell!!

    I like how you explained how there is those plug in scents that can be bad for you. They must be so bad for you because it gives me headaches, now I use essential oils and I have an oil diffuser

    I totally recommend doTERRA essential oils. They aren't like those cheap ones. They are a little pricey, but it's quality.
