Homemaking Maven's Chocolate Barley Cupcakes – Monday August 7
With so many food allergies in our household, it is sometimes hard to create foods we can all eat! This is a recipe that is egg and wheat free! But still amazingly delicious, chocolaty and moist. You and your family will LOVE them!!
CHOCOLATE BARLEY CUPCAKES
1 and 1/4 cup Barley Flour (or 1 and 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour)
1 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Vanilla
5 tbsp Oil (Canola)
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 cup Water
Optional: 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
Bake at 350 F for 22 minutes.
