Improve Immune Function in 3 Days (Important Research)

How can you improve immune function in 3 days? You can absolutely improve the strength and speed of your immune system. There are things you can eat to give your immune system all the amino acids and fatty acids needed to produce robust, effective cells. And, there are other things you can it which actually slow the response and decrease the strength of your immune response.

The diet you've been told to eat all your life is probably weakening your immune system, and increasing your risk of chronic disease. This video will help you understand why your diet matters, and what you can do to ensure you are eating the proper human diet.

Thoughts on the hormetic stress of cold exposure (eg cold showers) on strengthening the immune system Dr. Berry?

  • Posted on Apr 17, 2020 at 13:57 pm

I've lost 45lbs with this diet plus a 16-8 intermittent fasting. Lowered my A1C from 8.4 to normal and BP is now consistently 120/80 without meds.

In Sweden, it has been suggested that cholesterol, yes, even LDL, is one of the most important corner stones of the immune system. Especially important for the respirotory sytstem and of course now against this new virus. It has also been suggested that statin use might be a quite common denominator among those that have died from this.

    Hba1c is 5.65
I've been carnivore for many years and usually keep an eating window of 18-24 hours. Why is my blood sugar still so close to pre-diabetic after all this time with no carbs? What else can I do?

I came across one of your videos in late November 2019 about the carnivore lifestyle. I liked the theme, as I LOVE meat and have always had it with every meal. I've struggled with my weight since before puberty (I'm 50 now) and I think I've tried all the "diets" out there over the years with some success, just no sustainability. As you've stated, starvation doesn't work, in the long term. My wife and I decided to make a lifestyle change on December 7th and haven't looked back. We both feel terrific and have lost substantial weight. She's down 51lbs and I'm down 40lbs. so far. I'm relieved knowing I'm no longer poisoning myself with the "food" I used to eat. You, Dr. Cywes, and Dr. Fung have provided us a plethora of information, advice, and guidance above and beyond any other medical professional in our lives. Thank you for all you do.

Love your videos, so very informative but you never, ever try to sell us anything! Could you do a video on how eating too much of certain foods can cause oxalic acid and be bad for us? Thanks! Keep on educating!

  • Posted on Apr 17, 2020 at 19:56 pm

Funny how carb eaters run out of food and toilet paper.

Dr. Berry, I'm trying to help someone who was treated for cancer with mustard gas (chemo) to rebuild their immune system since it was obviously compromised. To what degree can it be rebuilt after something so destructive as mustard gas was introduced to his body?

  • Posted on Apr 18, 2020 at 03:34 am

Will those carbs hurt even if i workout?

  • Posted on Apr 18, 2020 at 05:26 am

Does fructose weaken your immune system? I might be wrong, but I didn't think it moved blood sugar at all during the postprandial period

  • Posted on Apr 18, 2020 at 05:33 am

Watching this while eating a ribeye with grass-fed butter ❤🥩

  • Posted on Apr 18, 2020 at 06:41 am

that carbload its easily triple or more during the day. People eat all the time, "food" and snacks. Carbs are addiction.

  • Posted on Apr 18, 2020 at 09:39 am

I can't get my blood sugar to stay in the normal range. Even eating bacon, eggs, lean turkey, hamburger meat, and salad spikes my sugar..

  • Posted on Apr 18, 2020 at 10:48 am

Thank you for continuously being awesome! 🤗

China data suggests that 20% of those hospitalized with severe cv virus symptoms exhibit signs similar to cardiac damage or heart attack and have higher circulating levels of Troponin, a protein marker for heart damage. Is the virus damaging the heart and/or circulatory system?

  • Posted on Apr 18, 2020 at 14:44 pm

I can’t seem to get my blood sugar down below 190. I eat at six o’clock at night and don’t dine again until the next day between 12 or 1 pm. Basically, I’m ingesting two meals a day. I take no medicines at all.

  • Posted on Apr 19, 2020 at 15:28 pm

While I appreciate the advice I only eat fruit, salad, vegetables and wholemeal pasta etc so I wish you could give some ideas that could include this diet.. I always thought I was eating healthier than a lot of people…now I'm not so sure?

  • Posted on Apr 19, 2020 at 16:14 pm

Anybody else notice the degree behind him is missing "A" in the first word American

  • Posted on Apr 19, 2020 at 20:21 pm

Had an ad at start stating protein is unhealthy. .lol

  • Posted on Apr 19, 2020 at 20:37 pm

I've had a theory (which I act on) for many, many years that when you start to get sick, you should consume a lot of protein for a few days to ramp up your immune system (since protein is required to build immune cells). What are your thoughts on this–for both the keto and non-keto viewers?

  • Posted on Apr 19, 2020 at 21:14 pm

Howdy Dr.B let me tell ya, I sent that video you posted Way back about what you need in case of a pandemic ( it was great btw) I sent to my family members …. they thought I was krazy, long story short…when it happened, it killed my brother I was right…he kept saying it's hype….when he new he was wrong, he blocked me on his cell phone…lol ( I love it 😂) he's a A hole anyways.

I’ve lost 40 pounds on keto.

  • Posted on Apr 20, 2020 at 15:59 pm

I thought you would be talking about the UC Berkley study that shows fasting for 3 days reboots your immune system.

  • Posted on Apr 22, 2020 at 17:54 pm

I'm interested in trying this program. My concerns are getting enough vitamins and minerals. Would I be allowed to eat any fruit? Also what would be a recommended carbohydrate target to stay under. Any other comments or suggestions would be most welcome. Thank you.
