Is carnivore safe? (Chapter 10, Question #214)

Ditch the keto confusion and get simple, reliable answers in my NEW book, Keto Answers.
Have you considered trying the carnivore diet meal plan but are unsure if eating only meat and zero carbs is the answer? Let’s unpack the carnivore diet, a keto variation that focuses on only eating animal products, which may or may not include dairy and eggs.
And if you consider the carnivore diet before and after relative to how it affects the body and weight loss it’s hard to say if it’s better than standard keto. There isn’t enough research yet to support positive carnivore diet results. So, more is yet to be known, scientifically.
Yet, we know of people being on the carnivore diet for 10-15 years and are thriving. Animal products supply all the nutrients we need as humans, and misconceptions that saturated fat, red meat, and high protein are unhealthy don’t have science to back those arguments.
What’s our answer? That’s bad science, and the carnivore diet is safe and effective.

What about the iron overload danger? Is this really a possibility?

Keto for 10 months, almost 50lbs down, felt amazing, until the vegetables and salads start bloating me a couple months ago. I just switched to carnivore 3 weeks ago and no more digestive or bloating issues, body pain and even my constipation is gone!

Do you guys add the fact that you should probably be consuming nose-to-tail in the book?
