About Francesca Moresi

I am a psychologist and psychotherapist qualified both in England and in Italy, with over 10 years of study, research and practice with clients from around the world.

My clients are central to my work, and my practice was born from the desire to help people feel fulfilled, empowered and happy in their lives, wherever they are and whatever they are doing.

I am passionate about my work and strongly believe that therapy can bring positive change and improvement to people’s lives. We are all vulnerable in today’s stressful world; it is not uncommon to feel lost or confused from time to time, or to experience symptoms, unhelpful behaviours or a lack of confidence. These are things that we all go through.


The important thing to remember is that you are not alone. Talking with a professional can provide concrete help and support, as well as short and long-term relief from issues or problems you are facing.


Choosing the right treatment can be a challenge. All of my clients have different needs and goals, and I specialize in responding to their unique situations, by developing individually tailored programmes of therapy for each and every one of them.


Harnessing the potential of Gestalt Therapy – an experiential form of psychotherapy – I will create a bespoke programme of psychotherapy and counseling to help you achieve your goals. For this, I also draw from my experience in Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to provide a rounded and holistic approach which is unique to you.


Through personalized sessions, I will support your path in becoming more aware of how you think, feel and act in the present moment; I provide insight into ways in which you can overcome any unfinished business in order to live at your full potential.
